In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires. References to "sd999", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the sd999 platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "your", or "Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sd999 platform in any capacity.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause. The singular includes the plural and vice versa where the context permits.

To register and maintain an Account on sd999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sd999 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any attempt to circumvent age verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, betting syndicates, and accounts operated by or on behalf of third parties are not permitted on sd999.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
• You must not already hold another active Account on sd999. Each Player is entitled to one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance therein may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by sd999. Attempting to re-register during an active exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

sd999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, and a photograph of the payment method used. All submitted documents are handled in strict accordance with the sd999 Privacy Policy.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you agree that sd999 may verify this information at any time using third-party identity verification services. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

As a registered Player on sd999, you assume full responsibility for maintaining the security and integrity of your Account. The following obligations apply at all times:

1. Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sd999 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. You should use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
2. Account Access: You must not allow any other person to access or use your sd999 Account, including family members, friends, or colleagues. All bets placed from your Account are deemed to have been placed by you personally.
3. Accurate Information: You must keep your registered contact details current and accurate at all times. Outdated contact information may result in delays to payment processing, withdrawal approvals, or security notifications.
4. Unauthorised Access: You must notify sd999 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. sd999 will investigate promptly and take appropriate protective action.
5. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one active Account on sd999. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
6. Two-Factor Authentication: sd999 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your Account.

sd999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our Platform. However, the security of your Account also depends on the security practices you follow on your own device. sd999 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security on their personal devices or to protect their login credentials.

sd999 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on sd999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

Accepted Payment Methods: sd999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. sd999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on sd999 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. sd999 does not charge deposit fees on standard bKash and Nagad transactions. Third-party transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are outside sd999's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal is approved. sd999 processes approved bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible — most requests are completed within minutes to a few hours of approval during standard operating hours.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the same Account, unless otherwise approved by sd999 in writing.
• sd999 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure.
• Players may only withdraw funds that constitute their Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on public holidays observed in Bangladesh may experience additional processing time. sd999 operates on BST (UTC+6) for all payment processing schedules.
• In the event of a withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000, sd999 may conduct enhanced due diligence which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified promptly if additional verification is required.

sd999 maintains full segregation of player funds from operational funds. Your Real Money Balance is held separately at all times and is available for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

All sports betting markets and casino games available on sd999 are governed by the specific rules published on the Platform at the time the bet or game session is initiated. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on sd999:

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL fixtures, IPL matches, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). sd999 covers pre-match and in-play markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the live state of the match at the time of bet placement. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Subsequent odds changes do not affect settled bets.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event, which are published on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each market. sd999 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Players or markets at its discretion.
• sd999 does not accept bets placed by automated means, betting bots, arbitrage software, or any other automated tool. Such activity is considered prohibited conduct under Section 7.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — available on the sd999 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party studio providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are accessible within the game interface.

• sd999 is not responsible for technical malfunctions within third-party game software. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings arising from a malfunction will not be paid.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules communicated by the live dealer at the table. In the event of a dispute, the studio provider's records constitute the authoritative record of the game outcome.
• sd999 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is credible evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or manipulation.

All disputes relating to bet settlement or game outcomes must be submitted to sd999 support within 7 days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

sd999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general bonus rules, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds issued by sd999 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 10 times before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• sd999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
• Players may decline a bonus at the point of offer. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited to the Account, the applicable wagering requirements become binding.
• sd999 limits bonus eligibility to one active bonus per Player at any given time, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be operating accounts in coordination with other accounts for the purpose of systematically claiming bonuses — commonly referred to as bonus abuse — will have their Account(s) suspended and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sd999 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account on sd999. Any deposits identified as originating from fraudulent payment instruments will be reversed and the Account closed.
• Money laundering: Using sd999 for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or transferring the proceeds of criminal activity. sd999 employs transaction monitoring systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker rooms, or betting markets. This includes chip dumping, soft play, and any other form of cooperative manipulation.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the sd999 Platform in any way not consistent with normal human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests on deposits made to sd999. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and recovery proceedings for any funds withdrawn prior to the chargeback.
• Abuse of technical errors: Exploiting errors, software bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform to gain winnings that would not arise under normal operating conditions. Winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Underage access: Registering or attempting to access sd999 as a person under 18 years of age, or knowingly assisting a minor to access the Platform.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on sd999, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for any purpose including bonus farming or circumventing account restrictions.

sd999 employs continuous monitoring of account activity and transaction patterns. Players whose activity triggers fraud detection protocols may be asked to provide additional documentation before further activity is permitted. During any investigation, affected funds may be temporarily held pending resolution.

sd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request from sd999.
• Evidence that registration information provided was false, misleading, or incomplete.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.
• Evidence that a Player is accessing sd999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under sd999's responsible gaming procedures.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting sd999 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (subject to completed KYC verification and no outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from sd999 for responsible gaming reasons should refer to our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are handled with urgency and compassion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent to the Player.

Closure for Breach: Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information — sd999 reserves the right to retain all funds held in the Account, including any Real Money Balance, as a remedy for damages arising from the breach. Players will be notified of any such action in writing where legally permissible.
